Description: A growing West Michigan manufacturer, located along the lakeshore, is looking to add a Plant Controller to its management team. This position will report to the General Manager and be responsible for all accounting and finance functions for the plant to include monthly financial closing, financial statements, maintaining the standard cost system, annual budgeting, and periodic forecasts. You will also be involved with new product launches and product costing as well as product line analysis. The salary range is $80-100K or more with incentives, depending upon your experience. This position requires a minimum 8-10 years of manufacturing accounting experience and a Bachelors Degree. CPA designation and/or an MBA are pluses. Candidates that have experience working with an automotive industry are preferred.
