Description: A well known commercial and residential real estate client of ours is in search of a Senior Accountant. Candidates will be responsible for several major accounts with day to day responsibilities including: cash management; AP, AR, and GL maintenance; financial statement preparation; annual budgeting support; tenant CAM reconciliation; and lease administration. This position will report to senior level management and requires someone who is hard working and has strong communication skills.
Candidates are required to have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, 2+ years of real estate accounting, and strong Excel and Yardi experience. Knowledge of MRI software is a plus. We need serious candidates that are looking for a growth opportunity only
