Description: Our client, a real estate company is in search of Staff Accountant. Day to day responsibilities include cash management, AP, AR, and GL maintenance, financial statement preparation, annual budgeting support, tenant reconciliation, and lease administration. These positions report directly to the Financial Manager and require an organized person with a strong work ethic and communication skills. The company offers a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualified individuals must have a Bachelors degree in accounting and 0-2 years of general accounting/reconciliation experience. Candidates are required to have knowledge of Excel. If you are looking for a growing company with room for growth this is a great opportunity.
