Description: Our client is seeking an Accounting Supervisor. This person will supervise accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, review monthly operating statements used by operations department, provide tax department with financial reporting as needed, and perform monthly variance analysis for operating properties. This person will prepare financial reports for management, oversee financial reporting for single family home division, and work with operations to complete annual budgets. This person will prepare monthly reporting for single family home division, prepare reports for corporate operations by department, and assist with the financial reporting for company wide review and planning meetings. This person will assist with the automation of cash reporting, work on policy and procedures manual, and help to streamline all functions within the accounting department.
