Description: A fast growing start up client of ours is looking for a Consultant for a three month assignment. They will be working directly with the VP of Finance, Corporate Controller on international subsidiary formation, option reconciliation, implementing eProsper. They need to do blocking and tackling to keep everything moving but also think on their own.
This candidate must be a CPA. Any additional education and/or relevant experience would be beneficial.
