Description: Responsibilities:
BR - Function effectively with minimal supervisionBR - Develop an in-depth understanding of the requirements of sections 302 and 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley ActBR - Develop an in-depth understanding of the COSO frameworkBR - Supervise staff level employees and assist in their career developmentBR - Communicate effectively with senior management and employees at various levels and departmentsBR - Develop positive professional relationships with department personnelBR - Coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyBR - Conduct audits of various areas using a risk-based approachBR - Represent the Internal Audit department in an informed, professional mannerBR - Contribute to the success of the Internal Audit team
Qualifications:
BR - 5 years audit experienceBR - Significant portion of experience in a Big 4, large local, or regional public accounting firm (preferred)BR - Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 and 302 requirementsBR - Experience in conducting audits within the COSO framework relative to Sarbanes-Oxley requirementsBR - Undergraduate degree in Accounting preferredBR - Masters degree a plusBR - Strong written/verbal communication skillsBR - Strong organization skillsBR - CPA/CIA a plusBR - Stable work history with progressive levels of responsibility requiredBR - Prior supervisory experience required
