Description: An Accounting Assistant is needed. One of our top clients in South San Francisco is in need of an Accounting Assistant for a six month plus engagement. This position will be responsible for batching invoices, obtaining backlog statistics, and handling outgoing checks.
Candidates must be extremely detail-oriented and organized. There must be an emphasis on accuracy and speed with the ability to multi-task. Experience as an administrative assistant is a plus. Large company experience is required. SAP experience is preferred. Qualified candidates should contact: mcarbone@genentech.com.
