Description: A Media Company in Burbank seeks Staff Accountant/Consolidations. This person will assist in monthly close of Audio Division. This person will prepare journal entries, reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, and run financial reports; review financial statements and conduct variance analysis; and reconcile payroll and inter-company while working with operations managers to ensure accuracy. This person will perform ad hoc accounting duties as needed and help to streamline processes.
Strong analytical skills and an Accounting background is required. Candidates must have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. A BS in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent is required. Candidates must be proficient in Excel and JDE.
