Description: Candidates with proven business analysis and systems analysis experience in a telecom environment with background in Ordering Rating Billing and/or EDI. Must have experience working with users and supporting IT development teams in defining IT solutions. Must be able to translate business requirements into functional requirements and approaches for developers. Experience in defining business process flows and work flows within billing environment. Experience in the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with understanding of a variety of technologies and platforms such as web, client/server and mainframe, entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs) and relational database concepts, and object-oriented programming. Will work closely with the lead architects and analysts to develop assessments and project phasing. Represent the organization in multi system approach definition meetings, document meeting outcomes, and coordinate all internal and external follow-ups to close issues in support of the project requirements and system approach. Collaborate with system architect and development leads to document all software changes necessary to meet the requirements project reque

* Knowledgeable on Intec's Singl.eView Convergent Billing application or equivalent enterprise wide COTS billing tool
* Relational database experience
o specifically Oracle, general UNIX
* Server-based process knowledge
o specifically HPUX
* Experience with enterprise reporting tools
o specifically Hyperion suite
