Description: Job Code 08-0159 Title Recruitment/Staffing Coordinator (Contractor Position) City Newark State DE Description The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to develop strategic staffing plans to identify qualified and diverse candidates to fill available positions in a timely manner. The Recruiter will proactively solicit, evaluate, and present viable candidates needed to fill a variety of professional and craft positions to meet PHIs current and projected staffing needs. The successful candidate will generate new contacts while developing, enhancing and maintaining relationships with existing sources to supply adequate applicant flow to fill vacancies. A primary responsibility for this position will be to establish key relationships with contacts at educational, professional, military and community based organizations in order develop a diverse applicant pool and execute the PHI Recruiting Strategy. One position will be located in Washington, DC & one position will be located in Wilmington, DE. Requirments REQUIRED: * Expertise in developing, implementing and executing sourcing strategies. * Experience conducting phone screenings * Experience sourcing
candidates electronically * Proficiency in soliciting, evaluating and presenting viable candidates for a variety of professional and craft positions. * Skill in building and maintaining relationships at educational, professional, military and/or community based organizations. * Strong ability communicating, orally and in writing, with all levels internal and external to an organization. * Exposure to coordinating and participating in job fairs and/or recruitment activities to include making formal presentations. * Expertise managing a high volume of recruiting efforts to include setting priorities, organizing, monitoring and coordinating recruitment activities. * Proficiency using resume/applicant tracking and/or HRIS systems. * Exposure to using electronic recruiting efforts to include posting jobs and sourcing candidates on the internet. * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline is highly preferred. SPHR or PHR certification desirable.
