Description: Kforce is seeking a Financial Analyst-Accountant to prepare financial statements, footnotes, or schedules to be included in various external financial reports such as SEC filings. This Accountant will respond to inquiries from accounting management, prepare and file benefit plan filings (5500s), provide support to management on technical accounting issues, perform special projects as needed, prepare basic analysis on pricing rates, and assist with regulatory compliance requirements and various data requests. The selected Accountant will also prepare and distribute statistical reports, financial statements, schedules, and other operating reports.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with 2 or more years of experience working in general financial accounting and reporting. This Accountant must have the ability to learn and apply GAAP as well as possess strong relationship development skills. A CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
