Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician - Part Time

Description: Description:
* Perform all facility inspections
* Basic electrical installation and repairs
* Minor repair and troubleshooting of burglar and fire
alarms
* Repair and maintenance of sprinkler systems,
domestic water systems, associated fixtures, and
fire pump operations
* Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of
HVAC
* Perform all general building repairs and
preventative maintenance to office, dock and shop
areas within facility
* Outside duties to include housekeeping, lawn care,
snow removal, etc. on as-needed basis
* Will involve shop work, operational work, pumping
fuel, cleaning bathrooms, etc. when caught up on
facilities duties
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* HS Diploma or equivalent
* Basic welding, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and
HVAC knowledge
* Basic knowledge of pneumatics / hydraulics
* May involve periodic travel to other ADP facilities
in New England area
