BASIC FUNCTION: This department located in Buffalo, NY provides system access for over 20 systems within the Consumer Lending & Asset Management Divisions of M&T Bank. The candidate will be located and work from the Millsboro Delaware facility. The Project Administrator will provide administrative support for Systems platforms that drive the operations primarily for Collections, Consumer Lending and other areas we support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute all systems transactions necessary to support business lines Develop an in-depth understanding of the business and its functions, processes and operations. Ensures that all administered systems meet audit, compliance and regulatory requirements. Responsible for all user review audits, including SOX regulatory requirements. Follow up on production incidents until brought to conclusion. (Review, Analyze and determine resolution for production related incidents). Monitor systems as required and work to ensure overall system integrity. Adheres to all current standards and procedures and ensures all efforts are properly documented. Executes at a professional level of communication and cooperation Support a diverse customer base P
rovide systems analytical support for projects. The position requires interaction with both internal and external contacts in order to obtain pertinent information. The incumbent works independently under general supervision as well as a member of a project team. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of applied professional experience utilizing multiple systems in a fast-paced environment Strong decision making skills Ability to work independently and function as a member of a team Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in the use of Excel and Word IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS: In depth knowledge of one or more systems used in Lending Services, Asset Management & Consumer Lending (specifically SHAW, ACAPS, DAW, CACS, CAFE) Proven ability to multi-task and work within challenging time frames Highly skilled in the use of spreadsheet, database and presentation software Detail oriented (excellent analytical skills with attention to detail)
