Description: We have an immediate opening for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst. In this position, you will prepare income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements, and various other accounting statements and reports. If you are available and interested, please apply online now for consideration. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
BR - Analyzes financial reports and records, making studies or recommendations relative to the accounting of reserves, assets, and expendituresBR - Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various recordsBR - Conducts special studies and develops or recommends accounting methods and proceduresBR - Instructs or assigns work to bookkeepers, accounting clerks and other employees engaged in general accounting activities
To qualify, you must possess the following skills and attributes:
BR - BA/BS in Accounting or BusinessBR - 5 to 8 years experience in AP environmentBR - Strong Excel and Access experienceBR - 8 years proven analytical skillsBR - Excellent communication and customer service skills
BR - 5 years ERP experience (SAP Preferred)BR - Imaging/Workflow and P-Card experience highly desired
