Description: Lead Analyst – ePOWER
Our client seeks an experienced analyst to serve as the technical expert on applications, including code, interface and data flows. This person will coordinate with project teams and business analysts to translate detailed specifications into new or enhanced application solutions. Will be responsible for maintaining peer relationships across IT areas (infrastructure, operations, etc) to support software implementations.
Position Responsibilities
Lead team to analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment. Interfaces with other systems, internal/external checks, controls and outputs. Coordinates new data development and ensures consistency and integration within existing application systems.
Gathers information about program objectives, functions, features and input/output requirements to design application systems that perform well logically and physically.
Analyzes and estimates feasibility, costs, time and compatibility with hardware/other programs. Researches and evaluates software/hardware to assist in programming or to use as program platforms.
Leads team to establishing audit procedures, ensure continued integrity of systems, and assist in post-implementation continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality.
Consults with clients to prototype, refine, test and debug applications to meet client needs. Interfaces with clients to provide ongoing project status.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) and 2+ years IT experience.
Experience with project management, and execution of multiple simultaneous and/or small projects.
Proven technical architecture expertise having designed and developed architecture solutions using e.POWER suite.
Experience in working with Contract and Claims Management software - e.Power suite
Must have strong experience with integrating E.Power suite with ERP or Legacy system. e.POWER is a business process management software package that works with an Oracle or SQL Server DBMS in a Windows client/server operating system environment. The e.POWER suite of applications uses process automation and management to provide agile, end-to-end control of the enterprise process. Applications in the suite are modified for each client installation reflecting organizational models and business rules.
Strong expertise in Oracle 8i/9i /10G SQL, Stored Procedures and Tuning.
Experience with production systems support and troubleshooting production issues.
Experience managing 3rd party vendors and/or development teams.
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
